Recruitment Administrator

Job Introduction

Shaw Healthcare are recruiting a Recruitment Administrator for our in-house recruitment team based in St Mellons Cardiff.

Salary: £17,500 per annum

Role is Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, this is a fixed term contract for 6 months with view to be a permanent.

Duties to include

  • Creating Job adverts
  • Creating new starter packs
  • Processing and updating references
  • Applying for new recruits DBS's
  • responsible for the recruitment tracker being updated
  • Keeping new recruits updated during the recruitment process.
  • Liaise with our care services to gain/record interview availability
