The Ideal Candidate

About you…

As a Registered Nurse you will have a minimum of 6 to 12 months nursing experience, and be passionate about delivering person centred care. You will have current NMC registration, up to date clinical practices, and evidence of continual professional development. You will provide excellent clinical support and supervision to your team to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the service.

You will be given support and training to develop your clinical skills and management skills, including opportunities to gain qualifications at Masters level. We offer a quality work/life balance that is second to none, with full time or part time hours.

Rate of pay: £14.92 - £16.01per hour

About the Company

Woodview House care home is situated on an exclusive residential development close to Halesowen town centre with its local amenities and public services. Purpose built in 1990 for the provision of care it comprises single room, ground floor accommodation.

Woodview House offers the highest possible standards of care and support to older people with challenging behaviour in spacious, modern yet homely and safe surroundings. Our philosophy is to see beyond the illness recognising the wider needs of the individual and we consider it important that each resident and their family actively contribute towards the planning of care.

The overall aim of the home is to meet the individual needs of every resident and we use a person centred approach to care in which every resident has a named carer and is offered high levels of support on an individual basis. We hope that residents and their loved ones will feel like our extended family here at Woodview.
