The Ideal Candidate
As a Registered Nurse you will have a minimum of 6 to 12 months nursing experience, and be passionate about delivering person centred care. You will have current NMC registration, up to date clinical practices, and evidence of continual professional development. You will provide excellent clinical support and supervision to your team to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the service.
You will be given support and training to develop your clinical skills and management skills, including opportunities to gain qualifications at Masters level. We offer a quality work/life balance that is second to none, with full time or part time hours.

About the Company
At Pembroke Dock we provide high quality, structured open rehabilitation and enablement care for up to 24 residents with enduring mental health needs.
The accommodation comprises 24 spacious private en-suite bedrooms over two floors for people over 18 years of age. The residents may require rehabilitation/enablement or continuing care and we specialise in care for those who also have physical health or mobility needs.
Many of the residents have had extended periods of hospitalisation. Whilst Pembroke Dock is a nursing home, every effort is made to make it feel homely and comfortable.
The home has large spacious corridors with three lounge/dining rooms, a large conservatory leading onto a patio and gardens with wheelchair access for residents’ use and gardening facilities available.
We are within easy walking distance of the local beach and town with
good road, ferry and rail links.
We have a home vehicle for accessing the wider community.
