Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD/RGN) at Market Lodge, Lebury
Hourly Rate: £16.73*
We are looking for an enthusiastic RMN/RNLD or an RGN who has experience within mental health to join us on a full or part time capacity (6 or 12 hour shifts available) at Market Lodge.

Market Lodge is a 10 bed unit which is nurse led to provide a rehabilitation program for service users aged 18 years old and over who have received an acquired brain injury through direct or organic trauma and require supported living. The Management team are passionate in ensuring that the service users live as independent as possible.
Within Ledbury Care Centre we also have a Nursing home and an Intermediate Care unit who support each other with their specialist medical knowledge.
Market Lodge has achieved a ‘Good’ in a recent CQC inspection and our aim is to improve our service to achieve outstanding.
The Ideal Candidate
As Nurse in charge you will lead the team to care and rehabilitate service users living with an acquired brain injury.
We are a Transitional Living Unit where the service users have a wide range of needs and abilities, some of which include challenging behaviour. Each service user has a unique person centred program, tailored to their emerging and individual needs, and enabling them to gain independence within Market Lodge and the local community. We also use a Keyworker system which establishes secure and productive relationships between the service user and the staff member.
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of the mental capacity, DoLS, and the Mental Health Act as you will liaise with other medical professionals.
